  • Description of Work Done: Patient wanted 2 gold crowns placed on the bottom front two teeth for cosmetic purposes.

  • Description of Work Done: Removed broken tooth and replaced with an implant and custom-made crown with custom designed artwork per patient request (tooth #8 with Heart). Placed custom crown on tooth #9 (to the right of #8) to close “gap” patient previously had with her natural teeth.

  • Description of Work Done: Root canaled upper 6 front teeth to make space for restoration with crowns. Then 6 crowns were placed (all upper front teeth) to restore the smile to a more healthy and youthful state.

  • Description of Work Done: Patient was missing a tooth on the top right. Replaced missing tooth with a bridge (FPD).

  • Description of Work Done: Patient knocked out top 2 teeth (front and center) after falling on a cement slab. We bone grafted the area to rebuild the missing bone and then placed two implants and crowns to replace the missing teeth.

  • Description of Work Done: Placed a bridge (FPD) to restore missing teeth and close gaps between the teeth on the bottom (front and center).

This was accomplished with clear aligners. 3rd Image shows 2 implants restored with crowns (red arrows; surgery and restoration competed by Dr. Oza) to replace 2 teeth the patient lost previously due to periodontitis (severe gum disease).
